Villa Xanthos

A beautifully decorated and exceptionally well-appointed villa sleeping 12-14 people is available from May-October. The villa comprises of six large double bedrooms 2 with ensuite facilities. There is a large lounge area, with digital television accessing many English channels including movie channels. There are cooking facilities in a fully fitted and well equipped Kitchen, and dining area

There are private balconies attached to some rooms, and a communal terrace overlooking the private garden and pool on the ground floor. Additional pool facilities, aquaslides, restaurant, bar, pool table, table tennis and entertainment can be accessed at the main hotel Salhan Apart Inn on the main road 150m (5mins walk) from the villa. All guests staying at the villa are welcome to use any of the hotel facilities at any time.

The main resort centre with 70+ bars, restaurants and shops are 10-20mins on foot, or by local mini-bus along the main road. There are taxis 24 hours a day, which can be found on the main road. The beach is approx. 3km from the villa and easily reached by mini-bus in 15-25mins.  

There is a package price for the hire of the villa, including: daily maid cleaning, gardener, pool maintenance gas/electricity and Transfers - Dalaman airport.

3 Bedroom Villa:    £650 per week

4 Bedroom Villa:    £850 per week   

5 Bedroom Villa:    £950 per week

6 Bedroom Villa:    £1050 per week - plus FREE transfers from Dalaman airport!
